SOS Feeding

The goal of the Sequential Oral Sensory (SOS) approach to feeding is to formulate a child-focused program that includes sensory, motor, oral, behavioral and learning, as well as medical and nutritional factors to help increase your child’s comfort level by exploring and learning about the textures, smells, taste and consistencies of foods. Kreative Therapy SOS (Sequential Oral Sensory) feeding program is a comprehensive program involving an Occupational Therapist, Speech Therapist, Pediatrician, and at times a Nutritionist. Our in-depth evaluation will identify all the different areas that are causing the child to have feeding difficulties or being a picky eater. Our feeding program involves the family unit and analysis of all environmental factor affecting the child’s feeding difficulties. Your child’s comfort level and trust are key components which require parental involvement
